We are looking for Revenue Management Analysts to start a temporary ongoing placement in Bridgend asap.
The hourly rate is £6.20ph and £7 for unsociable shifts (after 8pm Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday) and must maintain excellent standards in order to achieve bonus’.
All candidates must be available from 7AM to 8PM Monday to Sunday.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Be readily available to answer the phone to our customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide a positive image of the company through your role as the first point of contact
- Adhere to Data Protection Act guidelines
- Liaising with customers to ensure that outstanding debts are paid
- Undertake outbound calls to chase debtors
- Negotiate payment plans for customers who cannot pay their full bill
- Process customer transactions
- Resolve queries and disputes relating to bill charges
- Apply refunds and credits
- Apply service restrictions across all products
- Liaise with external agencies when dealing with insolvency cases or legal proceedings involved
- Follow strict legal routes to get payment
- Ensure that the relevant call logging systems are updated as required
- Complete courtesy call backs to the where required
- Transfer calls to the correct department if required
- Adhere to ISO9000 and ISO27001 procedures
- Ensure that individual training records are kept up to date
- To comply with written instructions and processes
- Actively employ, share and contribute to the company's knowledge base
