We are looking for experienced Telesales Advisors who have a minimum of 4/5 years experience within Telesales.
As a telesales operator, you'll be required to contact potential customers by telephone. Depending on the campaign or project you will be working on you will be required to either generate a sale for a particular product or service or generate an appointment for a sales visit.
You may also carry out market research.
Your working day will be spent on the phone making outgoing calls based on a brief/script provided by the marketing department. During each phone call, you're likely to:
- Describe the product benefits and any special offers.
- Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally.
- Persuade customers to buy a product or agree to a visit from a sales representative.
- Gather and document information about the customer.
- Cleanse data held for a particular project/campaign using either Excel, Access or CRM system.
- Record telephone conversations and diarise and carry out follow up calls.
- Take orders and confirm to relevant persons involved in sales process.
Hours and Environment
Part-time, 20 hours a week, for a 2-3 month period initially with the potential to continue beyond this time. Monday-Friday, hours can be flexible within 8.30am-5.30pm

You may have to undertake practical telephone and keyboard tests as part of the recruitment process.
In-house training will be given on the products and services you will be required to sell but ideally you will already have a proven track record in a sales environment and achieving sales targets.
