Our client based in Cardiff are recruiting for a Enquiries and Case Investigation Officer to join their team.
Key Tasks
- Support the Enquiries and Case Investigation Manager in the provision and on- going development of a first class service .
- Respond to enquiries and requests; identify potential cases for formal examination or case conference.
- Coordinates information and manages a case to completion.
- Deputises in the manager’s absence.
- Provides mentor support and supervision to the Enquiries and Case Investigation Support Officers.
- Actively participates in the monitoring, maintenance and development of quality assurance routines.
- Undertake a lead role in developing, monitoring and maintaining robust record keeping and evidence gathering routines in line with best practice
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of managing a case load.
- Experience of dealing with sensitive, emotive and complex issues.
- Good understanding of the Welsh public sector
- As a senior member of the team you will be required to support, delegate to and supervise other members of the team.
- The ability to speak Welsh would be a bonus although not essential
- This post requires an enhanced CRB check to be completed.
