Our client, situated on the fringes of Cardiff centre, is looking to recruit 2 Administrators for a fixed term of 6 months in the first instance.
You will be fluent in both Welsh and English (written and spoken) and have proven administrative skills. Main duties are as follows:
Updating information on the company website
Answering the phone and running the reception in the main office
Assisting with the administration of the Management Board
Coordinating distribution of a magazine and marketing material
Processing internal and external post
General support for other staff
You will have:
Excellent communication skills
Efficient organisational skills
Knowledge and interest in the culture of Wales
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Knowledge of Microsoft office package
Additionally you will carry out any other ad-hoc duties required of the role.
