Performance Insight Analyst
At Tesco, understanding our customers is what we're all about. As a Performance Insight Analyst your role would be to provide analysis and insight to the Performance Insight Manager and business stakeholders to help the business understand how our Centre's are performing against our key objectives.
You'll provide actionable insight that allows the business to understand our performance and to deliver our value of 'No-one tries harder for our customers'.
You'll analyse business information, interpret data and draw sound conclusions that identify areas to change.
You'll present this information to your manager and other teams in Tesco.
Based at our Customer Service Centre in Cardiff you'll produce great insight into Centre Performance to help drive improvements.
The skills you will need are:-
- Experience of using Microsoft applications to automate and simplify data analysis
- Experience of extracting and translating large amounts of data into simple/relevant reports
- Experience of processing large amounts of information quickly and accurately
- Identify emerging issues and trends and take action to identify solutions
- The ability to communicate and present findings
