Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure Tracesmart’s Group of Companies and brands are portrayed in a positive light.
  • To assist the Group’s marketing opportunities across B2B and B2C.
  • To be creative and provide fresh ideas for the Groups’ marketing activities.
  • To administer and produce relevant digital, affiliate membership and social media activity for the Group.
  • To assist in the production and distribution of press releases and articles.
  • To assist in the negotiating process for advertising space for the Group.
  • To oversee all relevant print advertising campaigns.
  • To effectively administer all 3rd party suppliers on behalf of the Marketing Department.
  • To collate all relevant marketing expenditure, productivity and statistical information and provide copies to the Head of Department as and when required.
  • To collate and assist in the production of weekly department staff time sheets
  • To keep abreast of current affairs and relevant industry topics to enhance the Group’s image and marketing output.
  • To produce briefs and marketing copy for all creative output.
  • To assist the SEO/PPC requirements of the Group as and when required.
  • To develop internal sales and marketing support materials.
  • To proof read all PR and marketing output to ensure it retains the highest possible quality.
  • To work alongside the Head of Department to improve on overall departmental productivity and efficiency.
  • To be responsible for all relevant event management; to include exhibition purchasing, logistics and production.
  • To carry out any general day to day duties as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the department and group.
  • To comply with the Company’s information security policy and the Company’s ISMS at all times.

Skills and Experiences

ESSENTIAL

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills – adept at communicating complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate medium to high value deals
  • Creating solid propositions
  • Commercial experience in a similar role
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers (including Media Buyers, Event Organisers, Printers, Magazines etc...)
  • Managing the logistics for exhibitions
  • Self motivated
  • Hard working
  • Confident
  • Team oriented
  • Proven understanding of online marketing (SEO, Social Networking, PPC)
  • Proven understanding of ATL marketing – Print, direct mail etc...
  • Working to budget constraints
  • ROI and productivity management of both online and offline activities
  • Knowledge of campaign planning from inception, to execution, to reporting
  • Prospect data management
  • Email campaign management

  • Salary:   £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
  • 22 days paid annual leave plus an additional day for each year’s service capped to a maximum of 28 days plus  8 bank holidays

Hours of Work
Hours: 37.5 hours p/w Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
