Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • To deal with a wide range of outbound telephone calls, providing advice and recording information
  • Deliver Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude at all times
  • Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
  • Data input
  • Generating new business

Benefits - Uncapped bonus
Competitive salary basic from £13,000.00 to £17,000.00 per annum plus monthly bonus

Working hours - Full time 10am to 7pm five days per week.

We also have Part Time hours available [9.30am to 2pm and 2pm to 7pm] pro rata

We offer 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
